The Agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital courses and guides from Papa in Progress at papainprogress.com. By completing a purchase, you accept them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@papainprogress.com before buying.

Use of Our Products

By purchasing a course or guide from Papa in Progress, you agree to the following:

• Content is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to purchased content
• Access is tied to the email address used at purchase
• "Lifetime access" means for the operating life of Papa in Progress — if we ever wind down, we'll give customers reasonable notice and the chance to download their materials

We may suspend access where these terms are materially breached (for example, shared or resold accounts). We'll contact you first unless the abuse is ongoing.

Refund Policy

All online courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you've gone through the material and don't find it valuable, email us at hello@papainprogress.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunded purchases lose course access.

PDF guides are instant digital downloads and are not eligible for refunds, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise. They're priced at $27 for exactly that reason.

The content provided by Papa in Progress is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, guides, and website copy, is owned by Papa in Progress and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

No Warranties

Our products are provided "as is." We work hard to keep the content accurate and the platform available, but we don't warrant that the content is error-free, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that any particular outcome — health, fertility, developmental, or otherwise — will result from applying what you learn. Individual results vary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papa in Progress's total liability arising out of or relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Papa in Progress is established. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If we have a dispute, email us first — virtually everything can be resolved with a conversation (and our refund policy covers most of the rest).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
